Whitehill Professional can take any ASCII text file and format it, apply headers, footers, fonts, bold, italics, and colors to present a professional-looking, custom document. With Whitehill Professional, multiple Elite reports can be combined to make one custom report containing only the desired information.

Whitehill Professional takes an Elite proforma, bill or report and behind the scenes:

• reformats it according to a user-defined template
• converts it to a word processor, spreadsheet or HTML format
• sorts it according to the user-defined template
• distributes it by e-mail, over the network, to the Intranet or to a network printer

Use Whitehill Professional to Sort and Distribute
Whitehill Professional is not just a formatting and conversion tool; it can be used to sort and distribute proformas, bills and reports automatically. Distribute these to a LAN directory, to e-mail and to the Internet/Intranet. For example, engagements (matters) can be sorted by timekeeper and client. Invoices can be sorted by office and partner or manager – and printed directly to each office!

The proformas, bills and reports can be distributed to a LAN directory, e-mail address and the Internet/Intranet. For example, a proforma can be distributed to your LAN directory, and simultaneously an e-mail would be sent to inform the relevant person the proforma is in the LAN directory.

Produce a Bill Pack – Save Time and Money
A Bill Pack can be produced through Whitehill Professional. A Bill Pack typically includes a cover letter, summary, invoice, remittance copy and an envelope. Everything for the bill is produced at the same time, and in some cases, this can save untold hours in preparing a client bill. Saved hours in this process convert into saved money for the firm.

Seamless Integration
Whitehill Professional integrates seamlessly and also works in conjunction with Elite's Image Processing System, which allows invoices to be scanned during voucher input. Clients can optionally have the images of invoices printed with their bills.
